Software Updates

There have been numerous software updates made in the past couple of weeks. Here is an overview of the upgrades, updates, and changes made:

CLIENT ACCOUNTS: Resellers can now manage their own client accounts by using the "Client Account" button on the top menu. You can now edit your client's profile, activate/de-activate their account, and approve and manage content for your clients.

CSV IMPORTER: We have updated the importer so that it now over-writes ALL data fields for existing contacts except for the mobile number and cell carrier.

MOBILE MESSAGING: We've made quite a few adjustments and additions to the mobile platform. Here is an overview of these changes:

  • SIDE MENU: In an effort to simplify the side menu, we have removed a couple of the buttons and relocated those links to other areas.
  • - CREATE CAMPAIGN - To create a mobile campaign, click on the "Mobile Messaging" button in the top menu and locate the "Create a Campaign" text link above the new Mobile Campaigns Menu.
  • - LIVE Mobile Monitor - You can now easily access the mobile monitor from the Mobile Campaigns menu by clicking on the "Mobile Messaging" button in the top menu.
  • SINGLE OPT-IN: You can now restrict participants to only opting in ONCE for a particular mobile campaign. Enable this setting by clicking on ADVANCED OPTIONS inside the mobile campaign composer. This feature will send an alternate bounce-back message to users that are attempting to opt in to a mobile campaign to which they have already opted in.
  • MOBILE CAMPAIGNS MENU: We have made it easier for users with a large number of mobile campaigns to manage their keywords. The Mobile Campaigns Menu will categorize your keyword campaigns by campaign type for easier searching capabilities.
  • GATEWAY API: Check out our new gateway api section for easy integration into our backend gateway from any 3rd party platform. The API section is ideal for users that prefer to use their own software interfaces.
  • TEXT REMINDERS: The new TRS (Text Reminder System) is a standalone application that allows you to schedule alerts, payment, and appointment reminders using a simple interface. Stay tuned for more additions to this new system.
REPORTS: The REPORTS section has now been updated to include messaging logs for Received, Sent, and Premium-SMS Messages. There is also a Premium SMS Summary report which shows premium revenue generated for each keyword. We have also added a data export utility for users to download a CSV file of received and sent message logs from the platform.
