**NEW** HELP & SUPPORT UPDATES

We are happy to announce an extensive update that has been made to the Help & Support section of the user interface. The following tools are now available to all users of the platform:

1. SUBMIT A SUPPORT REQUEST: Users can submit a support request to iVisionMobile with any questions they may have in using the platform.

2. KNOWLEDGE BASE: We've added a very extensive knowledge base that provides easy to follow tutorials and screen shots for performing many functions within the platform. The Knowledge Base is categorized into 4 sections: ACCOUNT, CONTACTS, MOBILE, REPORTS.

3. MOBILE MARKETING ASSOCIATION WHITE PAPERS & BEST PRACTICES: You can now access comprehensive white papers published by the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA). Stay up to date with the latest industry best practices and codes of conduct. Obtain valuable information provided by the MMA that is no longer accessible via the www.mmaglobal.com website.
