After multiple requests from clients, you can now setup SMS text message notification on incoming messages.  Access the MOBILE SETTINGS section to set this up for all mobile campaigns, or go into the ADVANCED OPTIONS for your mobile campaign to set this up on the campaign level.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Data Capture&lt;/span&gt; - Your mobile campaigns now have the ability to dynamically capture data from incoming text messages and save this data into the contacts manager. October was a busy month for the iVision Mobile  crew. We attended the CTIA Wireless show in San Diego  during the first week of October and then exhibited at the Annual DMA  Conference in San Diego  10 days later.  The DMA conference is  where the nation’s top direct marketers showcase their products.  These direct marketers include direct mail  providers, list management and fulfillment companies, printing companies, and  email marketing providers. This was a great opportunity for us to showcase our  iMessenger text messaging software and highlight our private label reseller  license.  iVision Mobile exhibited in the Mobile Marketing  HotSpot, a designated area for the nation’s leading mobile marketing  providers.  iVision Mobile was one of only 8 featured companies  and the conference underscored and reinforced our position as one of the  leading mobile marketing platforms in the marketplace. While we  have already added some new features to the client portal, we still have more  in the works and will update everyone as they become available.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;The following enhancements have been made:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;ul style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;INBOX:  The message inbox now features an auto-refresh capability which will display  new messages as they are received in real-time.   This is a great feature for users who wish to monitor incoming messages  for a LIVE campaign.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;TARGET  LIST: We’ve added a couple of new features to the Target List section of the  client portal which will provide much needed functionality when creating target  lists.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ol style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;First,  a new advanced search tool has been added to provide ultimate flexibility when  creating target lists.  The advanced  search option features multiple filter capabilities and is a highly  sophisticated tool for segmenting and filtering contacts.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Second,  we’ve added the ability to create DYNAMIC or STATIC target lists.  A static list, is one which has a set start  and end date and compiles results based on a set date range.  A dynamic list, is one where a rule is established  in the database. As more contacts fall into that list’s criteria, they will be  dynamically added to the target list. An example of a dynamic list is one  containing receives messages of “A”.  If  three months from now an “A” message is received by the system, that mobile  number will automatically be added to the dynamic target list.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;ul style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;GATEWAY  API:  Some new APIs have been added to  the gateway that provide account status information, additional reporting  capabilities, and more.  An enhanced  version of the CREATE A KEYWORD API has also been added. This new version provides  all the built-in functionality of the mobile campaign composer.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;TEXT  REMINDER SYSTEM (iTRS): We are about 99.9% finished with the new iTRS Text  Reminder System.  The new iTRS system  features:&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ol style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;NEW  MENU: A graphical menu has been added that is more appealing than the previous  text-based menu&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.ivisionmobile.com/images/blog/trs_menu.jpg" width="175" height="410" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;REMINDER  TEMPLATES: Ability to create reminder templates that are made up of multiple  appointment reminders scheduled for pre-determined time intervals (e.g. 1  month, 1 week, and 1 day before a scheduled appointment).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;ENHANCED  INBOX: Select whether to display and/or hide New, Read, and Replied incoming  messages.  The new inbox also features a  foldering system whereby users can create inbox folders and file messages in  those folders.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;MESSAGE  ERROR NOTIFICATION: No more guessing whether or not a message has reached the  recipient.  The new iTRS will now display  a red error icon when an outbound message has been rejected or failed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;MANUAL  OPT-IN: Users of iTRS can now search existing contacts and manually opt them  into a mobile campaign.  This is great  when adding contacts to retention-based alerts.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;ul style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;REPORTS:  A new mobile summary report has been added to the REPORTS section and it  provides a wealth of new data for effective campaign analysis:&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ol style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sent/Received  timeline graph displays a graph of messages for a set date range and keyword&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Contacts  Overview gives a count of incoming mobile numbers, opt-outs, average messages  per user, and carrier lookups&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Message  Overview provides a breakdown of the different types of messages received by  the system (e.g. keywords, help, stop, replies)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sent  Message Overview combines the delivery reports into one summary that shows  delivered, rejected, and failed messages. Our clients feedback is paramount to us and we are happy to add functionalities that we feel can benefit everyone across the board.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;INBOX: The inbox now has a checkbox selection tool which allows clients to select and opt-out multiple phone numbers at one time.  This tool is primarily used for opt-out requests from end-users that do NOT satisfy a legitimate request such as STOP, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REMOVE and therefore don't initiate the automated opt-out procedure from the system.  We've received a few requests to add this feature from clients who regularly send out large broadcasts and have received very positive feedback on this new feature.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;DATA SCRUBBING:  We now have a data scrubbing engine that permanently deletes all contacts where a sent message was REJECTED or FAILED and had a reason stating "DESTINATION PERMANENT".  We have been advised by our aggregator that this is the best course of action for these types of mobile numbers as they will no longer be valid on the carrier networks.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;UPGRADED RAM:  A substantial increase has been made to increase the RAM on our messaging server to 24 gigabytes.  This increase in RAM will directly affect messaging and processing speeds.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;TEXT FOOTER:  By now, you've of course noticed the footer on the end of each message stating, "Txt STOP 2 Quit, Std Msg Chrgs Apply".  In an effort to reduce unintentional opt-outs, we've adjusted this footer to read: "Txt STOP 2OptOut, StdMsgChrgApply".  We feel that this change will be more descriptive to the end-user and it still uses the same number of characters as the previous footer.  We hope that this will deter customers from unintentionally opting out of a campaign.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;That's it for now. "This is a great way to make it easy for people to send information.”&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;He also said that text tipping is aimed at involving youth in community safety.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;“We know this type of technology appeals to a younger audience, and so we hope this will encourage them to be more active in helping solve crimes,” Costello said.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Costello said the texting option will not reveal the identity of the tipster to the police.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;“Anonymity is guaranteed for all individuals submitting tips through text, just like when they call the tip hot line or leave a tip on the Web site,” Costello said.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Columbia Police Capt. NAV2.0&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;When creating new templates using Nav2.0 you will be shown a preview of the new menu that's been created.  Check it out!  This will make the Nav2.0 extremely easy to use as it provides a real-time display of the template you are creating.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;2. Campaign Composer&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Custom Data Merge: You can now merge custom data into your text blasts. We have resolved the problem by inserting a wrap = "soft" call into the code to resolve this issue.  This will prevent messages from wrapping prematurely on the phone screen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;DELIVERY REPORTS: You can now view messaging logs of all outbound and inbound messages through your account.  The outbound messages are complete with Delivery Reports indicating whether a message was successfully delivered to the handset.  In the event a message failed or was rejected, there may be a reason associated with the failure or rejection. Here is an overview of the upgrades, updates, and changes made:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CLIENT ACCOUNTS:&lt;/strong&gt; Resellers can now manage their own client accounts by using the "Client Account" button on the top menu.  You can now edit your client's profile, activate/de-activate their account, and approve and manage content for your clients.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CSV IMPORTER:&lt;/strong&gt; We have updated the importer so that it now over-writes ALL data fields for existing contacts except for the mobile number and cell carrier.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MOBILE MESSAGING&lt;/strong&gt;:  We've made quite a few adjustments and additions to the mobile platform.  Here is an overview of these changes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;"&gt;SIDE MENU: In an effort to simplify the side menu, we have removed a couple of the buttons and relocated those links to other areas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;"&gt;- CREATE CAMPAIGN - To create a mobile campaign, click on the "Mobile Messaging" button in the top menu and locate the "Create a Campaign" text link above the new Mobile Campaigns Menu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;"&gt;- LIVE Mobile Monitor - You can now easily access the mobile monitor from the Mobile Campaigns menu by clicking on the "Mobile Messaging" button in the top menu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;"&gt;SINGLE OPT-IN: You can now restrict participants to only opting in ONCE for a particular mobile campaign.  Enable this setting by clicking on ADVANCED OPTIONS inside the mobile campaign composer.  This feature will send an alternate bounce-back message to users that are attempting to opt in to a mobile campaign to which they have already opted in.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;"&gt;MOBILE CAMPAIGNS MENU: We have made it easier for users with a large number of mobile campaigns to manage their keywords. The Mobile Campaigns Menu will categorize your keyword campaigns by campaign type for easier searching capabilities.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;"&gt;GATEWAY API: Check out our new gateway api section for easy integration into our backend gateway from any 3rd party platform.  The API section is ideal for users that prefer to use their own software interfaces.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;"&gt;TEXT REMINDERS: The new TRS (Text Reminder System) is a standalone application that allows you to schedule alerts, payment, and appointment reminders using a simple interface. Stay tuned for more additions to this new system.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;REPORTS: &lt;/strong&gt;The REPORTS section has now been updated to include messaging logs for Received, Sent, and Premium-SMS Messages. There is also a Premium SMS Summary report which shows premium revenue generated for each keyword.
