As co-founder and CEO, Omer Samiri began iVisionMobile in 2005 with the vision of creating an easy to use in-house mobile marketing solution for companies of all sizes. With more than a decade of hands-on consumer marketing experience, Mr. Samiri is responsible for the strategic direction of the company as well as the day-to-day operations. He brings a proven record of building, launching and growing products, services, and companies.
Prior to founding iVisionMobile, Mr. Samiri started a very successful marketing and promotions company in Hollywood, California, where he went on to establish himself as a promotions leader in the LA nightlife and entertainment market. Mr. Samiri was a pioneer in leveraging mobile and internet-based marketing efforts to drive attendance and participation at events. His innovative marketing approach was welcomed by reputable clients such as Paramount Studios and Ed Hardy Clothing, Diane’s Beachwear, Playboy among others for whom Mr. Samiri developed successful cross-promotional campaigns.
Mr. Samiri’s straight-forward business-minded style and vast knowledge of the mobile marketing space has established him as a key player in the industry.

| Derek Simms - CTO & Co-Founder |

As co-founder and chief technology officer, Derek Simms is responsible for all aspects of iVisionMobile’s visionary software solutions, including roadmap oversight and alignment with the company’s short and long-term goals and strategies.
Mr. Simms brings years of technology development experience to iVisionMobile. He began his career with Flux One, an internet hosting and website development company that was eventually acquired by ABT Interactive, a leading software company that provides e-commerce, web development, and website management solutions for hundreds of corporations. While at ABT Interactive, Mr. Simms was in charge of e-commerce and software development projects for top tier clients such as Electronic Arts, KIIS FM, the U.S. Olympics and Hollywood’s movie industry.
Mr. Simms earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Television and New Media from California State University, Northridge. |
