Acquisition Strategy Drives Growth For iVision Mobile

The steady stream of acquisitions throughout 2015 and into 2016 is part of iVision Mobile’s growth strategy. More growth is in store for 2016 as iVision Mobile explores more opportunities in the pipeline.

The recent acquisitions completed by iVision consisted of licensees including Surefly Mobile and The Text Zone who were licensing iVision Mobile’s private label text messaging software as a re-branded solution for their clients. Acquiring existing clients enabled a seamless transition process and allowed users to continue leveraging the powerful technology they have grown accustomed to. 

iVision Mobile has grown its active user base grew to over 6,500, a result of the company’s focus on developing new mobile marketing company and communications technologies for its direct clients and private label licensees. 

“Probably the most effective tool in iVision’s mobile marketing arsenal is the digital kiosk, with over 20% of users leveraging the kiosk to track loyalty visits and redeem mobile coupons” explains Mr. Samiri. The digital kiosk is a tablet that sits in a secure enclosure on the counter of a business such as a coffee shop, pizzeria, or retail store. Information can be entered by the business’ staff or the customer to join a mobile club, check-in to a digital loyalty club, and redeem a coupon. In 2015, there were 2+ million interactions with iVision Mobile’s digital kiosks, representing a 148% increase from the previous year. “There are roughly 6,000 customer interactions with our kiosks every day,” adds Mr. Samiri. 

iVision Mobile is continuing its growth strategy through 2016 and into 2017 by focusing on additional acquisitions and expanding strategic partnerships with key players in food distribution, merchant services, and other niche markets. The company is also slated to launch a new responsive version of its industry leading mobile marketing platform as well as a mobile wallet solution that will integrate with existing coupons to be saved directly to Android Pay or Apple Wallet.
